When placing an order at SHOPJOY.PT, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have an adult's permission to purchase from us) and accept these terms and conditions which apply to all orders placed or to be placed on JOY, for the sale or supply of any products . None of these terms and conditions affect your legal rights. No other terms or changes to terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed and signed by us.

JOY informs customers about the characteristics, descriptions, images
or videos of each product and/or service on each page available.
JOY undertakes to make its products and/or services available
clearly and to correct possible errors that may occur as quickly as possible.

JOY offers the following payment methods:

After payment is completed, the customer will receive an email with the
confirmation that the order has been paid, as well as the invoice
corresponding.

All products remain the property of JOY until payment is made. The price applied is the one defined on the date you placed the order. Shipping costs and fees will be available before confirming purchase. If you are under 18 you must have adult approval to purchase at shopjoy.pt

All transactions conducted through JOY are handled and transacted by third parties (Stripe and euPago) dedicated to leakage so that they can guarantee your protection. Your card information is not stored and all your card information is transacted using SLL encryption. Please read the terms and conditions of the payment method chosen for the transaction as they will be responsible for the transaction made.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS AT JOY

Product availability
All products and/or services available at JOY can be
purchased, except in cases of breakage or stock limitation, as well as
in made-to-order products, whose availability may vary.

Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but in these
circumstances, will be duly identified in JOY.
If the product is no longer available after the purchase has been made
completed, JOY undertakes to contact the customer, by contact
telephone or email, as soon as possible in order to speed up
the refund process.


Fees and taxes
At JOY the prices shown are in Euros, with the
due VAT and tax rates in accordance with current law, which
are already included in the price shown.


Order cancellation
The customer may cancel an order placed while it is
is currently being processed. You are requested to inform JOY via

If the cancellation request was made after the order was placed
has been dispatched, it will be sent for delivery and the customer can
choose to refuse to accept it. JOY is not responsible for
possible delays in handling order cancellations.
JOY reserves the right not to process orders or refunds
in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct,
as well as for technical issues beyond JOY’s control.


Free Resolution
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen)
days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
If the customer wishes to terminate the contract, they may do so via email.

When terminating the contract within the legal period, in addition to returning the
product, the customer must return any offers that accompany the
main product.
JOY must refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after
receipt of the returned order accompanied by the invoice
purchase or proof of payment.


The refund will be made using the same payment method
used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations where there is an agreement
expressly and in which the customer does not
incur any costs as a result of the refund.

Any refund procedure will be processed as is.

Under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, applicable to contracts concluded remotely, you have the right to freely terminate a new contract, without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days counting from the order date. If you cancel your order and return it within the deadline indicated above, you will be refunded your payment using the same method you made it, no later than 14 days after we have received your communication and order.

To terminate the contract, follow these steps:

  3. Indicate that you have received the order;
  4. Sign the document.

JOY reserves the right to change any information, including prices, technical specifications, purchase terms and product offerings without prior notice. If a product is out of stock, JOY has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid in any way the customer wishes. JOY must also notify the customer if equivalent products exist.
