Our partners for shipping our orders are the carrier FEMA, and delivery estimates are those available on their web pages.
Submissions
After your order is processed, you will receive details by email. Average transit times are between 1-10 business days depending on destination, (consider extra time for your customs check).
We are based in Portugal, and the customer is responsible for paying any additional duties, customs, charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. No customs costs will be applied to orders delivered to European Union countries.
Refused/not received shipments
If you refuse or do not receive your order, you will be responsible for any fees that the order may incur and the cost of shipping it to our address in Portugal. This amount will be taken from the total refund for your order.
If you do not receive the order at your address, it will be available for collection at a CTT post closest to the address provided for 5 working days. If the order is not collected after these 5 days, it will return to our store. To resend, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs, even for national shipments.
